Job summary

Nucleus Network is seeking an AI Automation & Operations Lead to identify, build, and implement AI-powered workflows across the organization. The role focuses on practical automation using existing tools, APIs, and lightweight development to solve operational problems.

You will map processes, improve CRM and data handling, and build reliable systems while collaborating with leadership to scale automation across Advisory, Ventures, and Community.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of relevant experience in automation, AI implementation, operations, product, business systems, software development, or related field.
• Experience building working automations that solve real business problems.
• Strong practical understanding of generative AI and large language models.
• Experience using AI tools as part of everyday work, not only for experimentation.
• Ability to connect applications using APIs, webhooks, native integrations, or automation platforms.
• Comfort using no-code and low-code platforms.
• Enough technical fluency to use scripting or lightweight development when necessary.
• Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand a business problem before choosing a technical solution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when testing and deploying automated workflows.
• Ability to manage projects independently and deliver solutions with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation by mapping existing workflows and evaluating business value.
• Build end-to-end AI-powered workflows and integrate platforms across the organization.
• Use large language models and automation tools to extract, structure, enrich, classify, summarize, and route information.
• Create lightweight internal tools or dashboards when needed to support processes.
• Connect systems via APIs, webhooks, scripts, or no-code/low-code platforms.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI tools with clear business benefits.
• Improve CRM and relationship management by automating data capture and enrichment.
• Build and maintain systems for CRM, contact and company data, and relationship insights.
• Own implementation by prototyping, validating, testing, and iterating automations.
• Document systems clearly for easy adoption by teammates.
• Drive adoption through clear communication and training of users.
• Explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders; gather feedback and create documentation.
• Develop dashboards that provide visibility into activity and performance across business units.
• Launch automations that reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Create repeatable processes for proposing, building, testing, and maintaining automations.
