Job summary

Nucleus Network is seeking an AI Automation & Operations Lead to identify, build, and implement AI-powered workflows across the business. This role focuses on using existing AI tools and automation platforms to solve operational problems, not ML research, and involves aligning with leadership to scale processes.

You will improve how relationship data is captured, organized, and enriched, extend automation across Advisory, Ventures, and Community, and build lightweight tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in automation, AI implementation, or related field.
• Experience building automations that solve real business problems.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and large language models.
• Ability to connect apps via APIs, webhooks, or integrations.
• Comfort with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Willingness to move from idea to working solution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation across teams.
• Design and implement practical AI automations end-to-end.
• Connect platforms to create end-to-end workflows.
• Improve CRM and relationship management with automation.
