Wing Assistant in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager for AI Agents. You will own post-sales processes, configure our software for AI agents and workflows, troubleshoot issues, and determine when engineering support is needed.

This role blends customer success with technical understanding, requiring strong communication, proactive ownership, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across the US business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer success management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical aptitude to configure software, troubleshoot issues and understand integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales processes for B2B SaaS customers and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
• Configure software solutions based on customer requirements for AI agents and workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective AI prompts and integrations.
• Maintain ownership of customer issues and follow through on resolutions.
• Identify when engineering support is necessary and coordinate with the integration engineering team.
• Foster strong customer relationships to boost confidence in solutions and support.
• Document interactions and solutions to improve team knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on using the software effectively.
• Work within US business hours to ensure availability for customer support.
