Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Technical Account Manager for AI Agents to ensure customer success post-signing. You will own onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support, guiding customers through implementation and maximizing platform value.

You will proactively engage customers to identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with integration engineers, and strive for go-lives by day 7. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand software solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commercially sharp with a track record of identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with AI or machine learning technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-signing customer relationship, overseeing onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our AI Agents.
• Proactively manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Identify, close, and expand business opportunities within your customer portfolio.
• Collaborate with integration engineers to facilitate seamless transitions during technical handoffs.
• Implement accelerated customer ramp-up plans to achieve independent go-lives by Day 7.
• Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Troubleshoot and configure Central independently as needed to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and retention, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.
