Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager for AI Agents. Based remotely with US business hours expectations, you will own client relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement, driving adoption and retention of our B2B SaaS solutions.

You will configure integrations, coordinate with engineering on APIs, and proactively communicate with customers to expand product use across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CSM or TAM role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving product adoption.
• Able to work independently with initiative in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience troubleshooting in tech-focused environments.
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients and ensure smooth transitions to our products.
• Configure Central to meet client needs and understand its technical aspects.
• Drive product adoption through proactive communication and training.
• Provide troubleshooting support and escalate only genuine engineering issues.
• Manage customer communications with timely, clear updates throughout the journey.
• Focus on retention and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Demonstrate proactive actions and same-day responses.
• Support go-lives by Day 7 after accelerated ramping.
• Collaborate with engineering on custom APIs and new integrations while owning the customer experience.
• Meet US business hours expectations.
