Job summary

The role requires coordinating with academic programs and external partners, managing CRM records, and supporting post-enrollment assessments to ensure a high-quality admissions experience for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
• Certifications in Sales or Negotiation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment strategies to drive enrollment targets; implement recruitment projects and events; deliver a high-standard admissions experience for all applicants.
• Coordinate with academic programs, internal departments, and external partners to support recruitment initiatives.
• Record, monitor, and manage recruitment lead activities in the CRM system; support post-enrollment intake assessments.
