Private Advertiser invites a warm, confident Customer Success Coach (Education & Enrolment) to support families through their journey with us. You’ll manage a portfolio of student accounts, build trusted relationships with parents and help families decide on ongoing education options.

You’ll review student progress, communicate clearly in plain English, and coordinate re-enrolment and programme recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, sales, retention, appointment setting or proactive customer service.
• Warmth and relationship-building abilities are essential for building trust with families.
• Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to explain progress and next steps in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound calls to families and students to support enrolment and account management.
• Review attendance, progress, and communications before conversations with parents.
• Explain student progress clearly and coordinate the right support for re-enrolment and programme recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, commitments and next steps.
