Job summary

BH Properties is seeking a Recruitment and Workforce Manager to join our team remotely from the Philippines, working US Pacific business hours and reporting directly to the Senior Managing Director.

You will lead the recruiting team, shape strategy, manage sourcing across LinkedIn and other boards, monitor analytics, and ensure timely fills while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in admin and recruitment.
• Experience with posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the recruiting team to drive performance.
• Oversee daily recruiting activities and fill positions on schedule.
• Assist onboarding for new consultants in the Philippines.
• Monitor active engagement of consultants in the Philippines.
• Recommend and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage sourcing across LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Review and recommend screening and selection processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans.
• Review recruiting metrics and prepare leadership reports.
• Identify tools and trends; propose process improvements.
