ConnectCPA LLP is a fully remote, paperless accounting firm built on a modern tech stack. We’re seeking an organized, tech-savvy administrator to support multiple teams across the company.

You’ll manage recurring tasks, onboarding, and ad hoc projects in our CRM and internal systems, coordinating with accountants, and providing proactive help to clients. The role offers room to grow, a supportive culture, and a streamlined, automated workflow that keeps operations moving smoothly from home.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Organized and efficient with multiple tasks.
• Self-starter energy and independence in a remote setting.
• Comfort learning new software and tools quickly.
• Strong internet connectivity (6 Mbps+) for video calls.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recurring admin tasks across departments.
• Support onboarding and CRM operations.
• Provide basic tech support and document requests for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.
