Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in ad operations, paid social trafficking, or media coordination (agency experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience building or QC'ing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; Snapchat Ads Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ad build pipeline across a large brand portfolio in ClickUp.
• QC review and ensure ads match briefs before launch across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms.
• Monitor submissions and flag incomplete items to keep the pipeline moving.
