GrowthAssistant is hiring a Paid Ads Video Editor to own the editing and post-production of video creative powering our paid social engine. You will turn raw UGC footage, creator content, and product shots into high-converting ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

You should have 2+ years of paid social editing experience, proficiency with CapCut and Adobe tools, and comfort using Frame.io for reviews and versioning. The role requires fast turnarounds and a US Eastern Time schedule.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience editing paid social ads.
• Experience producing UGC testimonials and direct-response formats for DTC brands.
• Proficient in CapCut and Adobe tools (Premiere Pro and After Effects); familiar with Frame.io for reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Edit high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other paid channels.
• Create multiple hook/body/CTA variations for structured creative testing.
• Partner with Growth to analyze performance metrics and rapid iterate edits accordingly.
• Own the full post-production process: cutting, pacing, sound, captions, motion, and color.
• Ensure edits remain on-brand and consistent with visual identity.
• Manage asset reviews and delivery in correct specs (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9).
