Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring an Ad Operations Specialist to manage high‑volume paid media campaigns across display and social platforms. You’ll own end‑to‑end campaign execution, optimization, and client communication, ensuring KPIs are met in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

You will coordinate with internal leads and external partners, implement strategy and tools for better ad serving, reporting, and growth. Remote role with strong emphasis on performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ad Operations experience in agency or publisher with 4+ years.
• Fluency with Google Ad Manager, tracking tags, and reporting platforms.
• Hands-on paid social across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest.
• Strong data analysis to translate performance into actionable insights.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Ability to thrive in a nimble, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute multiple ad campaigns across display and paid social from start to finish.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance over time and provide trend data.
• Manage weekly and monthly client reporting; own client-facing communications.
• Coordinate with internal ad ops leads and external partners to launches across platforms.
• Research, pitch, and implement strategies to improve ad serving, reporting, and metrics.
• Stay current on emerging social ad platforms and provide off-hours support as needed.
