Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Ad Operations Coach to prepare and train new and existing employees for accurate, compliant digital advertising operations. You will deliver training, create materials, and support learners through nesting and early production.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on Ad Operations experience and formal training delivery skills, with proficiency in major platforms and Excel. Work from home in the Philippines with competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on Ad Operations experience is required, including campaign setup/trafficking, QA, monitoring, reporting or related activities.
• Experience implementing or delivering structured training, onboarding, coaching, or knowledge transfer is required.
• Hands-on experience with at least one advertising platform (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360, DV360, FreeWheel, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, S4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Operative).
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel for formulas, sorting, filtering, and reporting; ability to learn advanced features quickly.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management; ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery and Facilitation: deliver new-hire, refresher, remedial, and cross-training for Ad Operations in classroom and virtual environments.
• Assist with client-specific and platform-specific training in partnership with SMEs and team leads, including practical exercises.
• Translate workflows, platform procedures, and client requirements into clear, standardized training content.
• Maintain training records and update materials for changes in processes, platforms, and policies.
• Assessment and Readiness: perform knowledge checks, evaluations, and provide feedback to trainees and stakeholders.
• Post-training Support: assist nesting and early production through coaching and coordination with stakeholders.
