Penbrothers is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our client’s financial operations in a remote capacity. You will manage the AP inbox, process invoices, and maintain vendor records in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate processing aligned with UK time hours.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and at least 1 year of AP experience, with strong English communication, Excel proficiency, and attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of VAT rules and requirements is a plus.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly responsible.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Create and maintain vendor records in the ERP system.
• Review invoices for proper documentation and approvals prior to processing.
• Process and upload invoices into the ERP system.
• Post receipts to appropriate vendor accounts.
• Support monthly closing activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures.
