Job summary

Penbrothers International in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our client's financial operations, reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. You will ensure timely, accurate processing of vendor invoices and maintenance of ERP records.

The role requires attention to detail, strong English communication, and the ability to work remotely within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of VAT rules is a plus.
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the financial operations of the business. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this role will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of accounts payable transactions.

This position is ideal for professionals with a strong attention to detail, a solid foundation in accounting processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

• Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries

What You Bring
