Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines, is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist – Invoice Processor to support global operations.

You will process supplier invoices, manage workflows, respond to inquiries, and help ensure timely, accurate payments while upholding data confidentiality and internal controls. The role is WFH with night shifts, offering healthcare, PTO, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable or invoice processing experience.
• Excellent English communication—speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience with Concur, Coupa, or similar Procure-to-Pay platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; shared services/multinational finance exposure; customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices using Concur, Coupa, and related AP systems.
• Review, validate, and enter invoice data accurately.
• Manage invoice workflows and approval routing.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries.
• Support month-end AP activities and reporting.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance AP efficiency.
