Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable / Invoicing & Revenue Assurance Officer to work from home in the Philippines. The role covers processing and coding invoices, reconciling supplier statements, daily POS and ATM reconciliations, and inputting sales data into QuickBooks.

You will maintain logs, escalate discrepancies, and produce regular financial reports. We require 3–5 years in AP/finance/audit, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in accounts payable, finance, or audit.
• Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (variance analysis, reconciliation reporting).
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly payment batches for approval (no payment authority).
• Reconcile supplier statements monthly, resolving discrepancies.
• Perform daily reconciliation of POS reports, tills, EFTPOS settlements, and ATM movements against bank deposits.

• Match and chase invoices for petty cash purchases.
• Maintain logs of ATM loadings, withdrawals, and provider settlements.
• Produce variance reports by venue or staff.
• Weekly AP aging and cashflow forecast.

Position Summary

Accounts Payable & Revenue Assurance Officer to join our offshore finance team. This role combines supplier accounts management with daily revenue reconciliation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all supplier invoices are accurate and up to date, and that every dollar from tills, EFTPOS, and ATM activity is properly accounted for.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable
• Process and code invoices using Dext and QuickBooks.
• Prepare weekly payment batches for approval (no payment authority).
• Reconcile supplier statements monthly, resolving missing invoices or discrepancies.
• Revenue Assurance
• Perform daily reconciliation of POS reports, tills, floats, EFTPOS settlements, and ATM movements against bank deposits.
• Input Sales data into Quickbooks.
• Match and chase invoices for all petty cash purchases.
• Maintain accurate logs of ATM loadings, withdrawals, and provider settlements.
• Identify and escalate shortages, overages, or missing deposits immediately.
• Produce variance reports highlighting issues by venue or staff.
• Reporting
• Weekly AP aging and cashflow forecast.
• Daily/weekly variance reports across tills, EFTPOS, and ATM.
• Monthly reconciliation pack for management.
• Skills & Experience
