Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Officer to support our finance operations, handling invoicing, AR/AP, reconciliations, and credit control. The role covers payment processing, customer billing, and client-rechargeable costs across multiple contracts.

You will join a collaborative finance team, ensuring timely billing, accurate records, and smooth month-end processes, with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, or finance administration.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations and credit control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes, allocate payments.
• Process supplier invoices and reconcile statements with approvals.
• Manage credit control and follow up outstanding accounts by phone and email.
• Complete reconciliations for customers and suppliers; support month-end activities.
• Respond to finance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
