Job summary

Twoconnect Careers is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer in the Philippines to handle high-volume supplier invoices, coding, approvals, and payments. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing within a busy finance environment.

You will verify records, perform reconciliations, and assist with month-end AP tasks while maintaining strong controls and clear communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Experience processing high-volume supplier invoices in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and general finance systems.
• Oracle ERP experience is highly regarded.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication, with time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoice details, PO approvals, and supplier information before processing.
• Code invoices to GL accounts, cost centres, and expense categories.
• Process payments and perform supplier reconciliations.
• Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist with month-end AP tasks, reporting, accruals, and related finance administration.
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and GST requirements.
