Job summary

Twoconnect Careers is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a professional team supporting high-volume electricity, gas, and LPG accounts. The role will focus on accurate invoice processing, billing administration, debt follow-up, reporting, and data management.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing billing queries, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with internal teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of accounts payable support, billing administration, data entry, or a similar role.
• Professional qualification certification or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines.
• Experience in utilities or energy sector desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of electricity, gas, and LPG invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage dedicated inboxes and ensure invoices are uploaded for payment processing.
• Provide high level service to customers, providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to internal queries in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes relating to errors.
• Reconcile and follow up on billing adjustments and KPI-driven tasks.
• Submit accurate scheduled weekly reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and provider information.
