Qualifications

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented; able to reconcile accounts with precision.
• Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable investigating discrepancies.
• High integrity and transparent communication when mistakes happen.
• Proficient in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Comfortable with phone and text communication for vendors and teammates.
• Experience reconciling bank and vendor accounts.
