The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement, with ownership of defined workstreams and timely reporting. Strong English skills and experience with Xero and Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on financial accounting including month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong AR skills and credit management with collections experience.
• Experience with Australian accounting principles or supporting Australian business.
• Excellent English communication with Australian management and clients.
• Ability to work independently under strict monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting and month-end close.
• Prepare journals, accruals, and month-end adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and asset management.
• Support intercompany accounting and audit documentation.
• Provide regular reporting and variance analysis.
