Job summary

Access Offshoring Philippines, Inc. is hiring an experienced Internal Accountant to manage daily financial operations for an Australian client, from a fully remote setup in the Philippines.

The role requires hands-on bookkeeping, accurate record-keeping, and strong collaboration with management. You will oversee AP/AR, payroll support, BAS/GST compliance, and produce monthly reports such as Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Experience with AP/AR, GL, and payroll.
• Experience with Australian GST/BAS/PAYG.
• Proficient in Xero or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
• Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing.
• Support payroll processing and Australian compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports such as P&L and cash flow.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
