Job summary

ScalableOS is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a large portfolio of small- to mid-sized clients, delivering a high-touch consultative experience. You will maintain strong relationships, ensure service delivery, and drive client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Experience with CRM platforms and preparing client-facing materials or proposals.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary relationship owner for a high volume of small-tier client accounts, ensuring timely support and consistent service delivery.
• Review, triage, and respond to client inquiries with timely follow-through.
• Understand each client’s environment and needs to support ongoing requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Service Desk, Engineering, Finance, Billing) to resolve issues.
• Follow ticketing, documentation, and escalation procedures for quality outcomes.
• Monitor trends and risks; escalate insights to leadership to support retention.
• Contribute to client retention with responsive, solutions-oriented support.
