Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking a highly organized Technical Account Manager to serve as the bridge between clients, vCIO practice, and internal teams. You will coordinate projects, manage SOWs, and translate technical concepts into business terms for clients.

Responsibilities include engaging with clients, tracking milestones, sourcing vendor solutions, and contributing to proposals and renewals. This remote role offers permanent night shifts and WFH flexibility.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical account management, IT project coordination, or MSP/IT consulting.
Strong IT foundation: networking, cloud, cybersecurity, Microsoft/cloud platforms, IT infra.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects with high organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with executive audiences.
Experience supporting a vcIO function or IT consulting practice is a strong plus.
Familiar with procurement processes and technology quoting tools (ConnectWise, IT Glue, Autotask).
Some sales acumen with a consultative, client-first approach; MSP/IT consulting exposure.
Experience with CRM and PM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana).

Responsibilities

Engage with clients and support vCIO engagements; capture notes, actions, and decisions.
Present findings, updates, and technology roadmaps to clients in business terms.
Coordinate projects and SOWs; track milestones and deliverables; manage risks.
Source pricing and solutions from vendors; evaluate proposals for client needs.
Support sales with technical insights; aid renewals and contract expansions.
