Cloudstaff is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of live labs and drive renewals, escalations, and day-to-day relationship management after go-live. This role emphasizes proactive problem solving, clear communication, and strategic decision-making.

You will handle 10-15 accounts, report to the Director of Operations, and thrive in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment with a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role in B2B software.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts with competing priorities.
• Stays calm with upset customers and avoids over-promising.
• Willing to say no and explain why.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of live labs and manage renewals, escalations and day-to-day relationships after go-live.
• Identify problems before they surface and decide what’s worth building for a customer.
• Manage 10-15 accounts and report to the Director of Operations.
