Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client relations.
• Excellent people skills and relationship building ability.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Proficient with Slack, Notion, Google Workspace.
• Comfortable with US working hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of active client placements.
• Monitor performance and catch issues before they become problems.
• Build strong relationships with both clients and placed professionals.
• Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate and resolve complex relationship issues.
