Job summary

Whitecarrot is seeking an Account Executive to close deals and help build the sales function in a remote role with UAE hours. You will work directly with the founder from day one and drive end-to-end sales for HR tech offerings across UAE markets.

The role offers ownership of pricing, proposals, and negotiations, with potential relocation to Dubai for the right candidate and a remote-first setup to scale the business globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B software sales for HR tech products.
• Proven closing track record with quota attainment.
• Knowledge of recruitment, sourcing, pipeline, and time-to-fill with HR leaders.
• Problem solver who listens, learns fast, and matches solutions.
• Ownership mindset with initiative.
• Fluent English, comfortable with demos and pricing on video.
• Experience selling to GCC markets is a plus.
• Independent, disciplined, and aligned to UAE hours.

Responsibilities

• Take deals from first meeting to signed contract with HR and talent leaders at UAE employers
• Run discovery like a consultant: understand how the employer hires and what they actually need
• Demo the platform and recommend the right solution
• Keep deals moving: follow up fast, build champions, and bring budget owners, IT, and finance in early
• Lead pricing, proposals, and negotiation
• Share what you learn with the SDR and growth teams to sharpen lead generation and the sales playbook
• Share frontend insights that shape our product roadmap and sales playbook
• Take on different responsibilities as needed, wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup
