Job summary

BSI is seeking a Lead Generation & ABM Specialist to own demand programs across the US and Canada from a Mexico remote location. You will translate data and intent into multi-channel campaigns that grow pipeline and deepen engagement with priority accounts in Training, System Certification, Internal Supplier Audits, and Digital Trust.

The role requires 6+ years in B2B demand gen/ABM, strong Martech fluency (Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Workfront) and a metrics-driven mindset to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years in B2B demand gen/digital/ABM with proven campaign impact.
• Experience building multi-channel programs (email, LinkedIn/paid social, paid media, web, webinars/events).
• Background in matrixed/global environments; strong grasp of B2B buyer journeys.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, Workfront, and ABM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own regional demand strategy and align to MQL, SQL, and opportunity targets.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn/paid social, paid media, webinars, events, and content syndication.
• Design ABM motions (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) by vertical and persona.
• Partner with Sales to co-create target accounts and enable ABM playbooks.
• Operationalize intent signals and ABM platforms; ensure accurate attribution and dashboards.
