Job summary

Maxima, the agentic AI platform for enterprise accounting, seeks a Demand Generation Lead in our San Mateo office. You will own the full funnel from first engagement to qualified opportunity, unifying account-based, campaign, field, and lifecycle motions into one demand engine.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise B2B demand generation, a track record of building scalable demand engines, and a data-driven mindset to optimize CAC, velocity, and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers.
• Owned or contributed to meaningful pipeline numbers.
• Fluent in ABM and integrated campaigns across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own ABM programs from account selection to activation.
• Run integrated campaigns across paid, ABM, events, lifecycle, and web.
• Drive measurable pipeline and optimize CAC, conversion, velocity, and pipeline.
• Experiment with channels, messaging, audiences, and formats with rigorous measurement.
• Architect the buyer journey and align with Sales activation and lifecycle stages.
• Build lifecycle and nurture to turn events and content into engaged accounts.
• Create scalable playbooks and predictable performance quarter over quarter.
• Analyze funnel metrics and surface insights to guide investments.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to align feedback and handoffs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, and Content to amplify messaging.
