You'll work with our Customer Experience Manager and teams across Product, Marketing and Engineering, delivering a high-quality onboarding experience and driving early activation.

This remote role aligns with US time zones, offering growth opportunities as the CS function expands and retention strategies mature.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, onboarding, or account management or similar.
• Highly organised with multiple onboarding conversations running at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication; customer-focused and rapport-driven.
• Familiar with CRM tools; Intercom or Zendesk is a bonus.
• Curious about financial markets or eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Run 1:1 onboarding sessions; help set up portfolios and activate features.
• Build product understanding by guiding through relevant features.
• Own onboarding communications, calls and follow-up end-to-end.
• Capture onboarding feedback and turn into insights for Product.
• Link onboarding activity to CS lifecycle and retention targets.
