Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator in a fully remote setup to guide new customers through the initial onboarding steps. You will quickly contact new clients, help schedule their calls, and ensure they are prepared and supported for onboarding.

This hands-on, client-facing role focuses on fast response, follow-up, and clear communications to move customers forward. You will not deliver the formal intro calls; instead you ensure customers are contacted, booked, prepared, and

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Appointment Setting, Onboarding, or similar.
• Professional, patient communication style.
• Persistent with follow-up while not being pushy.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new technology.
• Able to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Reliable and coachable with performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact new customers quickly after purchase, aiming for first call within 30 minutes.
• Welcome customers and explain next steps.
• Book and confirm Intro and Onboarding calls with customers.
• Follow up by phone, SMS, and email when there is no response.
• Help customers access platforms and complete setup before calls.
• Rebook customers who miss appointments.
• Resolve simple login, booking, and platform issues.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
• Keep notes on interactions and progress.
• Follow up until onboarding is completed.
