• Fresh graduates or those with banking operations, remittance processing, or customer service exposure welcome.
• Willing to be assigned in shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming remittance transactions from international partners and tie-ups.
• Review and verify transaction details, and coordinate corrections or clarifications when needed.
• Work with branches, Head Office units, couriers, and customers to ensure timely transaction delivery.
• Prepare accounting entries and operational reports related to remittance transactions.
• Monitor account balances and transaction statuses to support smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for reconciliation, inquiries, and transaction tracking.
• Assist in handling inquiries, follow-ups, and service concerns from partners and customers.
• Prepare and submit required internal and external reports on time.
