Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide end-to-end support to Account Officers in managing client relationships and credit facilities. You will help ensure smooth account servicing, efficient transaction processing, and high-quality client support throughout the account lifecycle.

Responsibilities include onboarding to closure of accounts, processing credit-related transactions, monitoring loan accounts, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Officers in servicing client accounts from onboarding to closure.
• Process credit-related transactions, including documentation review and loan processing.
• Monitor loan accounts and ensure timely completion of requirements and follow-ups.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate account records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction execution.
• Guide and support on processes, documentation, and servicing standards.
