Responsibilities :

• To process and counter check Cross Border outward remittances.

• Preparation of various internal and regulatory reports.

• Collection of other banks charges and perform AML screening.

• Perform signature verification and call back to confirm remittance applications.

• Filing, sorting and other clerical tasks.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Marketing.

• At least 3-4 years of working experience in a bank preferably in operations area.

• Special skills: Knowledgeable in BSP FX Manual of Regulations, Signature verification and SWIFT (ISO20022).

• Excellent communicator (verbal and written) and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. .

• Willing to be trained to other back office tasks.
