Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field, Banking and Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with reports, records, and transaction-related documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in banking operations, remittance processing, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be assigned in Shifting Schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming remittance transactions from international partners and tie-ups.
• Review and verify transaction details and coordinate corrections or clarifications when needed.
• Collaborate with branches, Head Office units, couriers, and customers to ensure timely transaction delivery.
• Prepare accounting entries and operational reports related to remittance transactions.
• Monitor account balances and transaction statuses to support smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for reconciliation, inquiries, and transaction tracking.
• Assist in handling inquiries, follow-ups, and service concerns from partners and customers.
• Prepare and submit required internal and external reports on time.
