Leslie Corporation is seeking a highly driven Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead plant reliability, automation advancement, and engineering excellence in a high-volume snack manufacturing environment.

You will own maintenance strategy, SCADA performance, and future MES readiness—driving uptime, OEE improvement, and smart capital deployment, while supporting GMP excellence and FSSC 22000 readiness. Join a growing facility with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related.
• Proven leadership in high-volume snack or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong experience in packaging equipment maintenance.
• Experience with robotics for end-of-line systems.
• Strong experience with PLCs, instrumentation and industrial controls.
• Hands-on SCADA experience.
• Experience with CMMS platforms.
• Experience managing instrumentation and automation technicians.
• Budget ownership and CapEx management.
• Strong understanding of sanitary design in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
• Oversee maintenance of processing and high-speed packaging equipment, including robotics for case packing.
• Ensure high equipment uptime and reduction of unplanned downtime.
• Develop structured root cause analysis (RCA) culture.
• Ensure spareparts availability (inventory turnover, stock-out rate, and emergency orders).
• Maintain and improve SCADA systems and support MES integration.
• Lead automation upgrades and modernization initiatives.
• Drive full utilization of a CMMS.
• Use maintenance data for asset criticality ranking, spare parts strategy, and downtime analysis.
• Lead commissioning of new production lines.
