Job summary

Leslie Corporation in Laguna, Calamba, Philippines, seeks a Vice President for Manufacturing to head the Snack Food Division across several plants. You will be the senior leader accountable for production operations, quality, maintenance, engineering, warehouse, and logistics, managing end-to-end supply chain from procurement to customer delivery.

You will set targets, drive efficiency, maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, and optimize costs.

Qualifications

15+ years in progressive food manufacturing roles.
5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple plants.
Experience managing end-to-end supply chain and vendor relations.
Strong knowledge of snack manufacturing processes and food safety.

Responsibilities

Set and cascade targets for production, efficiency, capacity, cost, quality, and delivery across all plants.
Oversee Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Logistics functions.
Coordinate full supply chain from procurement to customer delivery.
Drive maintenance programs and engineering projects to meet timelines and budgets.
Lead continuous improvement and adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies.
Develop and manage division budgets, margins, and cost controls.
Review plant Manning, design, and succession planning with HR.
Establish KPIs for production, quality, waste, inventory, and logistics.
Collaborate with department heads and plant managers on priorities and supplier proposals.
Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for General Manager / Division President.
