Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in the Philippines to lead preventive maintenance across all plant equipment, ensuring compliance with FSSC standards and documented PM activities.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar supervisory position in food manufacturing, strong mechanical and electrical maintenance know-how, and CMMS experience to streamline maintenance scheduling and asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 2–3 years as Engineering Supervisor in a food manufacturing plant.
• Experience in equipment and facilities maintenance with mechanical/electrical emphasis.
• Experience with CMMS or industrial maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans and coordinate with production owners.
• Monitor and implement calibration schedules for instruments and sensors.
