Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Food Manufacturing Plant.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• High level knowledge of engineering materials and equipment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and leadership skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to all production facilities.
• Plan and implement plant, office and production line designs to maximize space and improve production efficiency.
• Monitor and estimate costs related to layout design including materials and labor.
• Present work order status reports and project updates to department heads and management for improvement opportunities.
• Conduct monitoring of Waste Water, Generator Set and related equipment facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance equipment monitoring and test inspections.
• Plan schedules and procedures for preventive maintenance and safety audits.
• Assist in project calculation, supervision, installation and R&D for system improvements.
• Ensure spare parts and consumables meet plant needs.
• Maintain safety in accordance with Safety policy and conduct departmental safety meetings and audits.
