Job summary

Leslie Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering, construction and maintenance across the farm, feedmill, and support facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency and sustainability.

You will supervise project planning, budgeting and execution, manage contractors, drive farm automation, climate control, feeders and conveyors, and lead a team of engineers and technicians toward continuous improvement and strong biosecurity compliance.

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer with managerial experience
Master’s degree in Agricultural/Mechanical Engineering or related field is an advantage

Responsibilities

Lead engineering, construction and maintenance across farm, feedmill and support facilities.
Plan, budget and execute engineering projects ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
Oversee civil, electrical, mechanical systems and biosecurity controls.
Develop and mentor engineers and technicians for safety and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with operations, external contractors and government agencies for permits and inspections.
Drive farm automation including climate control, feeders and conveyors.
