You will oversee preventive, predictive, and RC M programs for processing and high-speed packaging equipment including robotics, while driving RCA culture and ensuring spare parts availability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in high-volume snack or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of machines, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Budget ownership and CapEx management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and RC M programs to maximize uptime.
• Oversee maintenance of processing and high-speed packaging equipment, including robotics.
• Ensure spare parts availability and minimize downtimes.
• Drive RCA culture and data-driven maintenance decisions.
• Manage CMMS usage, KPI dashboards, and downtime analysis.
• Lead commissioning of new production lines and manage CapEx budgets.
