Work Setup: Daily Onsite

We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Assistant Manager to oversee production operations within an assigned manufacturing area. This role will lead production planning, workforce coordination, quality and safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, timely, and consistent output.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule production activities based on volume forecasts, production requirements, and operational priorities.

Lead and monitor day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Drive compliance with quality, safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and operational efficiency.

Initiate process improvements, equipment upgrades, and innovation initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.

Review and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of production reports and other operational reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational requirements and support business objectives.

Lead, coach, and develop production personnel to strengthen team performance and accountability.
