Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of plant operations management experience in multinational or leading local company.
• Strong knowledge of production management systems, ERP platforms, and manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and food quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
• Plan and schedule production activities to optimize resources, capacity, and workflow.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams, including staffing, training, performance management, and shift scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability, timely repairs, and proper calibration.
• Monitor production performance, quality metrics, operating costs, and budgets, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve technical, operational, and employee-related issues to maintain smooth and efficient plant operations.

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead day-to-day plant operations and drive safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The role is responsible for production planning, people leadership, operational performance, cost management, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.
