Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Technical Support & Release Manager to join our team.

You will support new client installations, onboarding, and configuration, while resolving complex issues across environments such as SQL Server and Snowflake. You will coordinate software releases, perform regression testing, manage access controls, and create tutorials and internal guides to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, release management, QA, or systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills resolving configuration and installation issues.
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of software testing and release validation processes.
• Experience managing access controls, permissions, and security groups.
• Strong written communication for documentation and client support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support new client installations, onboarding, and configuration troubleshooting.
• Resolve technical issues across software, installations, and client environments.
• Provide ticket coverage and assist support team during peak demand.
• Coordinate software releases for Python, SQL Server, and Snowflake environments.
• Perform regression testing to validate releases and prevent production issues.
• Manage servers, Snowflake accounts, and access control configurations.
• Synchronize data across SQL Server and Snowflake environments.
• Create tutorials, documentation, and internal operational support guides.
