Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in release management, PM, or service transition.
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC.
• Advanced ITIL knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward task completion.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• General PC knowledge including MS Office.
• Must have good communication skills.
