Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee the bank’s client relationships and drive business from existing and new accounts. You will manage loan- and trade-related relationships across your portfolio and present value propositions to sales leads and customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in client acquisition or investments, plus strong communication and financial analysis skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2–4 years of client acquisition or investment experience.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, develops and originates new deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts and manages the loan‑and‑trade‑related relationship of his assigned portfolio
• Analyzes current and prospective portfolio and prepares growth and profitability account strategies
• Present value‑proposition to sales leads and current customers
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
