Job summary

The Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Relationship Manager - Retail Banking to grow the bank's deposit portfolio and customer base through proactive relationship management. You will acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, and promote banking products to hit targets.

Working with branch operations, you will ensure excellent service while adhering to BSP regulations, AML/KYC, and compliance guidelines, coordinating sales efforts and reporting activities to support branch

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills are required.
• Experience in retail banking, sales, business development, or relationship management is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products, deposit generation, and cross-selling strategies is desirable.
