Swak BPO Corp. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our on-site team in Clark Freeport Zone. You will lead and coach the operations staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities while upholding safety and quality standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance standards and KPIs.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety metrics; address gaps proactively.
• Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve operational issues, escalations, and workflow challenges in a timely manner.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Quality, Training, Recruitment) as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and performance management.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Has 3 – 5 years of experience in operations, team leadership or supervisory roles
• Highly reliable, dependable, and able to maintain attendance & punctuality
• Has aptitude for conflict resolution, develop solution and proactiveness
• Strong team orientation and highly collaborative
• Has passion for leadership and mentorship
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of company services, operational procedures and policies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
