Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. is seeking an Accounting Representative (Entry-Level) to join our team at Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga. You will support accounts payable/receivable, process payments, and assist with monthly closing activities.

The ideal candidate has basic accounting knowledge, understanding of US GAAP, solid Excel skills, and at least 1 year in an accounting/finance role. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the Accounting or Finance field.
• Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated experience processing in a professional Accounting or Finance-related position for at least 1 year.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to handle complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review expenses and process payments through various methods (checks, ACH, and credit cards).
• Create payment applications and process payments timely.
• Identify and address customer services collection issues.
• Report on aged accounts receivable and payment collection status.
• Record bank deposits.
• Prepare customer invoices and credit batches.
• Identify past due invoices and collect from vendors' customers.

• Review requested expenses and process payments through various payment methods, including checks, ACH, and credit cards
• Create payment applications and process payments timely
• Identify and make calls on customer services collection issues
• Report on aged Accounts receivable and payment collection status
• Record bank deposits
• Prepare customer invoices and credit batches
• Identify past due invoices and collect from vendors' customers with a follow-up process

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in the Accounting or Finance field
